This exciting project involved a Cat B fit out of the reception area within this prestigious landmark building in the city of London. Working closely with the project management company RISE, our role as building contractor was to deliver a comprehensive demolition, alteration and construction project within a very challenging 6 week timeline.
Senator House is home to many businesses and has around 2000 people working within it, so the need for flexible working practices to ensure the least amount of inconvenience was a major priority.
Much of the works were completed outside of the main office hours. This avoided any risk to the general public and the occupants of the building, and alleviated any noise issues. Our site hours were extended to the early hours of the morning and weekends as required, and the larger task of re-tiling the lobby was completed over the Easter Holidays. All works were put back to a completed or semi completed stage at the end of each shift, to maintain the professional look of the building.
